purchased on 7th september from amazon now the heat is not working.there is 1 year warranty please let me know how to claim it .

Heating doesn’t work

The heating option on the machine doesn’t work. I only bought it 2 days ago. Even if you charge it for hours, as soon as you turn on the heat - it instantly turns off. The customer support is completely unhelpful- they refuse to help although they promise a warranty. They cut your call as soon as you get in touch with them

Heat setting is not working

The heat setting is not working idk why although vibration mode works well but the heat button doesn't work I have contacted the site for help it's not even one day of ordering I am facing issue help me with it as soon as possible
