I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with evereve. Despite placing a prepaid order, I haven't received my order yet. To make matters worse, the customer care team has been unresponsive to my repeated calls. The lack of communication and follow-through on their part is unacceptable. As a prepaid customer, I expect a certain level of service and reliability. Unfortunately, evereve has failed to meet those expectations. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and order fulfillment process.
